Group Rates and Special Events

Thank you for thinking of Fleetway for your event!

Fleetway provides an excellent atmosphere for all kinds of events! With our multiple venues, special effects features and exciting atmosphere, organizations of all sizes and types will find something fun to do at Fleetway.

Groups Rates are available only under the following criterion:

1. During Non-Prime Time: Sundays (beginning at 6:00pm) through to Fridays (ending at 5:59pm), groups of 10+ participants can receive group rates
2. During Prime Time: Fridays (beginning at 6:00pm) through to Sundays (ending at 5:59pm), groups of 15 - 60 participants can receive group rates

Group Rates are available in two different styles to suit your needs:

Tailored Reservations & General Admission Fun Passes

Tailored Reservations are for those groups that know ahead of time which venues they would like to participate in and they desire to stay together as a group during their time here at Fleetway.

General Admission Fun Passes

General Admission Fun Passes are for those groups that are unsure of which venues their participants would like however they know they would like them to do at least two, three, four or maybe even five venues while they’re here. In this scenario groups are given wristbands with tear off tickets so they can participate in chosen venues at their leisure.

Room Rentals

Room Rental is an additional fee and we require you to use a room for all catering orders unless you have Exclusive Use of our entire Fleetway Facility.

Room Rental Options & Fees:

1. Special Events Room: $100.00 /up to 2 hrs
   • Up to 72 people seated at round tables
   • $25.00* ea additional 1/2 hour
   • Min $200 total group recreational purchase required
   • Limited availability Friday and Saturdays after 8:00pm
2. Glass Enclosed Dual Room: $50.00/up to 2 hrs
   • Up to 32 people seated at long tables
   • $12.50* ea additional 1/2 hour
   • Min $100 total group recreational purchase required
   • Limited availability on weekends
3. Glass Enclosed Single Room: $25.00/up to 2 hrs
   • Up to 16 people seated at long tables
   • $6.25* ea additional 1/2 hour
   • Min $75 total group recreational purchase required
   • Limited availability on weekends
